Not entirely satisfied? No problem! We want you to be completely happy with your KOZ-E purchase. Sometimes a product isn't the perfect fit, and that’s okay. You can return your order within 18 days of receipt.
For the KOZ-E CoolSleep, we offer an extended try-out period of 30 days, giving you plenty of time to experience the quality and improve your sleep.
Quick tips for your return:

Testing is allowed: You are welcome to unpack and test the product. We kindly ask you to handle it with care so it remains undamaged.

Original condition: Please return the item with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

Fast refund: Once we receive your package in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days via your original payment method.
Looking for an exchange? Would you prefer a different color or model? Please contact us first. In the case of an exchange, we will work with you to find a suitable solution regarding the shipping costs.
How to return your package:

Register: Complete our online return form so we know your package is on its way.

Pack: Include the packing slip (or a note with your order number) inside the box so we can process your return quickly.

Ship: You can send the package using a courier of your choice (e.g., DHL, UPS, or FedEx) to our address. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking receipt safe.
