Warranty

We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

KOZ-E will repair or replace any part that becomes defective within the warranty period. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased a new product from KOZ-E or one of KOZ-E  authorized resellers. In no event will KOZ-E be liable for claims outside the warranty period or for any other claims or damages, including but not limited to claims for faulty design, careless or misleading advice, incidental or consequential damages, or injury to any other person, company or entity.

The warranty does not apply where such repair or replacement of parts is necessary as a result of accident, neglect or abuse, or where the equipment has been modified or repaired other than in accordance with KOZ-E maintenance and service instructions, or where a component or part has been used that was not originally supplied by KOZ-E or its authorized resellers.

This warranty does not include consumables such as batteries or fabrics. Our battery manufacturers warrant the batteries to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and under normal conditions of use and maintenance for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. However, this warranty does not justify or guarantee the effective life of the batteries. This is because the effective life of a battery is mainly determined by the usage patterns and care given during the life of the battery. All claims are limited to the repair or replacement of the products only and do not include transportation costs.
