The KOZ-E Warm series is powered by a mobile power supply and utilizes an infrared carbon fiber heating element, employing advanced heating technology to keep you warm and cozy. This makes it convenient for outdoor travel without the hassle of power cords. The product is designed with three levels of temperature adjustment. KOZ-E Warm will help you reduce your heating costs as it consumes less energy. In comparison to traditional heaters, KOZ-E carbon fiber heating elements generate heat efficiently from the electricity they use, allowing you to pay less for a greater amount of warmth.

No, the Bag Blanket does not include a heating element. We designed it to complement other KOZ-E Warm products that do have heating elements. By using it together with these heated products, the Bag Blanket can cover the upper body and effectively trap the warmth inside.

KOZ-E Warm is a premium-quality product designed meticulously, from top to bottom, paying attention to all the details. Choosing KOZ-E means choosing high quality.

KOZ-E Warm focuses on three key elements:

• Wireless electric heating with temperature adjustment.
• Designs with high-quality fabric that look and feel great, making it an excellent combination of interior decoration and warmth. KOZ-E Warm doesn't just provide warmth; it also serves as an attractive interior decoration piece.
• Unique automatic on/off function. When you sit down it turns on, and when you leave it turns off. This feature provides convenience during use and helps save energy.

Reaching the desired temperature doesn't happen instantaneously. For KOZ-E heating elements, after turning the power on, it takes approximately 15-22 minutes to reach its highest temperature setting. For example, in the first 5 minutes, it warms up to 28 degrees, and then gradually increases to 30, 40, 50, and finally 55 degrees to reach the desired temperature.

All KOZ-E products are designed with stringent safety measures in mind, ensuring your peace of mind during use. Our infrared heaters provide a completely natural and safe form of warmth with no health risks. In terms of product safety, we implement several protective features, including:

• Battery Protection against overload, overcharge, overcurrent, overvoltage, and negative temperature control, housed in a sturdy metal battery enclosure.
• Temperature Control: The power supply is automatically shut off when the temperature exceeds the maximum value. It is restored when the temperature returns to normal.
• NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor.
• Resettable thermal fuse.
• Automatic shutdown function in case the product is left turned on.
• Flame-retardant fabric for added safety.

While our products have undergone testing and are generally safe to use, we do not recommend their use for individuals with pacemakers or for pregnant women due to safety considerations.

When the battery is depleted, it takes approximately 4-5 hours to fully charge your KOZ-E Warm (be sure to use the KOZ-E charger).

If the lights on your KOZ-E Warm are not functioning, please follow these steps:

1. Disconnect and then reconnect the battery, ensuring a secure connection.
2. Charge your battery.
3. If you still do not see any charging lights, attempt to use a different USB charger.
4. Try the above steps again.

You can use your KOZ-E while charging.

Remove the cover from the cushion. Please refer to the washing label for specific washing instructions, as they may vary depending on the cover your KOZ-E has.

In general, it's recommended to air dry the cover at a low temperature and avoid using a dryer or iron. Allow the cover to dry naturally. For more detailed washing instructions, consult the manual provided with your KOZ-E Warm.

Ensure that you never clean the inner cushion/blanket and other electrical components with water, as this could damage the product.

To charge your KOZ-E Warm, follow these steps:

1. Connect the charging cable to the port on the back of the KOZ-E Warm unit.
2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to the adapter.
3. Plug the adapter into a wall socket.

The indicator light on the KOZ-E Warm unit will flash, indicating that the battery is charging. When the indicator light on the KOZ-E Warm stops flashing and remains steadily lit, the battery is fully charged.

You can also use your KOZ-E Warm while it's charging, but please note that it might take a bit longer to reach a full charge in this mode.

Your KOZ-E Warm comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the KOZ-E Warm technology, the inner cushion/blanket, and the charger. However, please note that the battery and the fabric of the KOZ-E have a 1-year warranty period.
