Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email yet?

  • Sometimes the email ends up in your spam box. Isn't it in there? Then the email is delayed or your payment has failed. Check whether money has been debited from your account or whether there is a reserved amount on your credit card.
  • Has money been taken from your account? Due to busy times, the confirmation may sometimes be sent later. We would like to ask you to wait 1 hour. Have you not received confirmation yet? Please contact our customer service.
  • Has no money been debited? Then your order has failed and you can place it again. You don't have to worry that you will eventually receive 2 orders. We do not ship orders without successful payments.
  • Where can I find my invoice?
  • Once we have shipped your order, we will always send the invoice by email as an attachment to your shipping confirmation. You can also download your invoices in your order overview in My KOZ-E. Have you just placed the order? Then wait until your order has been shipped. You will then receive the invoice in the shipping confirmation.
