How quickly will I be refunded after returns?

  • Once we have processed your return, we will refund you within 15 working days. How quickly you have the money in your account depends on your payment method.
  • You have exchanged a product for another product. In that case, we will refund the purchase value of the first product to the payment method you first used to pay. Did you pay extra for the replacement product? You will then receive the remaining amount refunded separately.
  • You have returned multiple products. It may be that one product has been processed a little earlier than the other. This means that you will receive all your money back for one product, but not for the other. In that case, we would like to ask you to please be patient.
