Allyco values your privacy highly. Therefore, we only process data that is necessary for improving our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We will never provide your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Email and Mailing Lists
MailChimp
We send our email newsletters via MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. My Webhost
For our regular business email communication, we use the services of My Webhost. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. My Webhost does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment Processors
Mollie
To handle part of the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, and place of residence data, as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve its services and share anonymized data with third parties. All guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data longer than is legally allowed.
Shipping and Logistics
DPD
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD for deliveries. Therefore, it is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence data with DPD. DPD uses this data only for the execution of the agreement. If DPD engages subcontractors, DPD also makes your data available to these parties.
DHL
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL for deliveries. Therefore, it is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence data with DHL. DHL uses this data only for the execution of the agreement. If DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also makes your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and Accounting
Woocommerce, e-boekhouden
For the administration and accounting of our business, we use the services of Woocommerce and e-boekhouden. We share your name, address, and place of residence data, as well as details related to your order. These data are used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is securely transmitted and stored. Woocommerce and e-boekhouden are obligated to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. They do not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

We retain your data for as long as you are a customer with us. This means that we keep your customer profile until you inform us that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will also consider it a request to delete your data. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices with your (personal) data, and therefore, we will keep this data for the legally required period. However, employees no longer have access to your customer profile and documents created based on your order.

You always have the right to have the data we (have) process and that relate to your person or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party. You can make a request with this intention to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your
request is granted, we will send you copies or duplicates of all data about you that we have processed, or that have been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.
